I started in the kitchen growing up with my Grandmother, watching grahm kerr, Jeff Smith and Julia Child. Not until I was a teenager and needed money did I get in the the biz. Started at an old fish house as busboy and ended up kitchen manager in six years. 5 companies 14 years later I am an accomplished chef who's passion is the only thing greater than my knowledge for it.
