I am a chef with seventeen years experience, recently relocated to Birmingham, Alabama. The style of my food is upscale, eclectic, and contemporary. I have excellent wine knowledge, and have managed the wine programs of eight different restaurants. I am looking for a chef, chef/wine cellar manager, or chef/manager position in an upscale contemporary restaurant. I also would be very interested in a new restaurant startup, or a sweat equity position.
