Isaac Vargas is a graduate of the California School of Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu program in Pasadena, Ca. Isaac Vargas has worked with some of the top chefs within Southern California, including Aaron Perez, Quimar Durfield, Hans Wiegand, Scott Wagner, Wolfgang Puck Catering, Adrien Isaac's Catering, as well as various restaurants. His first passion is Catering, and recently started working as a line cook at the Pechanga Resort and Casino. After high school, I went on to college and took on a political science major, although my passion in the kitchen stayed with me. Currently, I work as a chef for ChileCo catering and I am making great strides in the culinary world. I worked at the La Costa Resort and Spa for just about 2 years and still get to work in their kitchen every once in a while. Currently, I am working with the team of chefs at the Pechanga Resort and Casino. I love what I do, and can't wait to see the dishes I come up with in the future.
