Began in 97' when I was the Owner/Operator of a Popular Los Angeles franchise, was responsible for the re-development of the franchise dual concept restaurant. I began my culinary education at the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, CA. and graduated with top honors. Began working for Patina's, Josie in Santa Monica, Playboy Mansion West, and Guckenheimer. I am currently the Executive Chef/ Food Service director at Warner Bros.
